A 5% automatic processing fee will be charged on all refunds issued with the credit card originally used.
Refunds include but not limited to product orders, shipping fees and any other payments processed.

A customer who is not satisfied with his first purchase of their initial FERI Flawless or Fountain of Life products for any reason other than taste, may return the unused part of the product within ninety (90) days from the date of receipt for replacement or refund of 80% of the purchase price along with the following:

Original packaging and shipping box

Proof of original purchase

Return confirmation form signed and completed

Return confirmation number

The refund less a commission paid on the purchase will be processed and credited using the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an order is placed and canceled before shipment, the inventory fee will not apply however a 5% processing fee will apply to any refund on the original credit card used.
The customer must contact HAHANOOT by email hahanootshop@gmail.com and explain the reason for the cancellation and indicate which products in the order he wishes to cancel, whether in part or in full.

If the order is placed, processed and queued for delivery, and we receive a cancellation notice, a $ 10 Canadian re-handling fee + taxes apply to each item.
