With a purchase from our website, you can return acrylic, stainless steel, titanium and silver Q-Link additives, bracelets and electrical products for any reason, less shipping and treatment, for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.

Q-Link CLEAR, pendants, necklaces and other accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, the products must be returned in like new condition and accompanied by original receipt and packaging.
